1. You will become fitter The morning is the best time to workout. The air is clean and cool and you have more energy at any other time in the day. Working out in the morning actually leads you to feel MORE awake and energized during the day. As time goes on your early morning workouts will keep you happy and awake during the long work days.
2. You will become thinner Weight loss workouts in the morning are more effective because you have little to no available energy sources in your body. In this situation your body looks to its fat stores for energy to fire your workouts. Perfect.
3. You will get more done If you are at university or have a lot of work to do then getting up early is the best solution. Morning hours are much more productive; you are more alert and much more awake. You will also increase the number of hours you have available to do chores and so on which will lighten your load.
A summary of what you need to know to be an early riser
Avoid coffee, wine and chocolate around bed time. It upsets the acids in your stomach and disturbs sleep.
Go to bed at the same time each night; even if it is late.
Wake at the same time each day; even on weekends.
Don’t have too much food or drink before bedtime.
Make sure you aren’t too hot or too cold when you sleep.
Put your alarm far away from your bed so you have to physically get up to turn it off.
Make a firm promise that you will get up at a certain time.
Have a solid reason as to why you need to get up.
Do not engage in ‘mind games’ that keep you asleep and lazy.
This kinda mysterious... Granny who only has $20 in her handbag, no passport, no extra clothes, and she survived about 400km going back to Singapore... No one knows how she get back to Singapore without passport... Read this article...
" A grandmother who went missing in Genting Highlands a week ago has been found – in Singapore.
The 73-year-old, who suffers from mild dementia and depression, somehow managed to travel more than 400km south and across the border without her passport and bus ticket, and with a handbag containing less than $20 in Singapore currency.
After almost six days of frantic searching, the family of Voon Choot Yin finally found her waiting for them at a police station in Tanglin yesterday.
However, she could not tell them how she made her way back from Genting Highlands. Her sandals, bag and watch were missing.
She was spotted at 3.30am yesterday by Tommy Lin, 34, a resident of Kim Yam Heights in River Valley.
More than five hours later, Voon’s family was asked to pick her up from the Tanglin police division headquarters.
Her granddaughter Susan Koh, 29, and son immediately rushed to bring her home to Bishan.
Voon had arrived at the hill resort in Malaysia last Thursday with five relatives for a short trip, and she went missing from a casino the day after.
The family said it received news on Tuesday from the Singapore High Commission in Kuala Lumpur that arrival records showed Madam Voon had entered Singapore on Sunday.
Though mystified, her family was relieved to have her home.
Koh told The Straits Times that one of the first things Voon did when she got home was to take a shower and then a long nap.
All she could remember about her long journey home was that she knew she was lost but needed to return to Singapore "
·Replace your meals! If before this you always take rice, pasta, mee, meehoon, or kuewteow, now it’s time to overruled it!
Change it with fruits, vegetables and wholemeal bread. You can add up with protein sources such as tuna, chicken ham or meat.
Vege and fruits provide a very fast burning source of carbohydrates, which mean they are used up by your body as an energy rather that stored it and converted to fats.
Lastly, fruits and vege contains 70% - 80% of water, which mean by eat those, your body will be energized throughout the day!
As general rule, take 3-6 servings of vege, fruits and wholemeal bread everyday!
·Drink at least 16 glasses of purified water! Normally, for average people their body just need 8 glasses, but if you want to burn fat fast, 16 glasses will get the job done.
Water helps to supercharge your cells, flush out harmful toxin, and boost your metabolism. So your body can burn calories and fats faster.
Don’t drink tap water. Drink purified water such as R.O water, filtered water or mineral water.
As an advantage, 16 glasses of water per day reduce caffein intake (if you are caffein lover!), because your energy and concentration levels will rise.
·Do 10 - 20 Minutes of Light Resistance Training (you can see in previous topic – Morning Exercise), before you go for jogging, bicycle or swimming (Cardio Traning)...
If you want to burn up to 200% more fat during you aerobic or cardio workout routine, then you must do a light session of weight lifting or resistance training for about 20 minutes.
Your body does not burn fat for the first 20 minutes of any exercise! Thats right, if you run for 20 minutes without doing any exercise before-hand, you will only be burning glycogen, not fat. Glycogen is the source of energy used by your muscles.
·Basically, you have to elevate your heart rate (H.R) for at least 20 minutes before your body starts burning fat.
The best way to elevate your heart rate and kick-start your metabolism is to do light resistance training for about 20 minutes before your cardio routine. What this does is two things:
1)You break that 20 minute "plateau" your body needs to start burning fat.
2)You raise your metabolism 100-200%, which means that while you do your cardio/aerobic routine, you'll literally burn up to twice more fat.
Resistance, or weight training boosts your metabolism like no other form of exercise, often for a period of 24 hours or more. So, your body will burn fat even while you sleep, as your muscles recover overnight.
·Now you know why all those successful "aerobic videos" usually make you use resistance bands or small dumbbells as part of the workout routines. You can use resistance bands, free weights, or machines. Keep in mind that you must do "light" resistance training so you still have plenty of energy to run or do cardio. To see fast results from your workout routines, definitely follow this strategy for maximum fat loss.
The term "financial planning" often intimidates people, especially those who think financial planning is for the high-income earner and the rich. But is this true? If not, what is it actually? Generally, financial planning involves taking a broad view of one's financial affairs covering many areas of wealth management, and then going through a step-by-step process to solve financial problems and achieve financial goals.
What is Included in Financial Planning? Here are some core elements of financial planning:
Cash flow management, involving:
assessing your current financial net worth (what you own minus what you owe). This will generally tell you whether you are on your way to financial freedom or financial disaster
budgeting
eliminating debts
building savings.
Investment planning:
once you have determined the amount of money you would like to save, you should consider where to put your savings with the aim of receiving a higher return than your normal savings account. An investment strategy has to be mapped out so that you will have greater success in meeting your stated financial goals.
Insurance planning:
ensure that all your assets and family are well protected by having adequate insurance coverage.
Tax planning:
tax planning affects everyone who receives income, yet it is an area largely ignored or forgotten by most people. Therefore, this area involves strategies to make the most of your income, stocks, real estate and property, under the local tax regime.
Retirement planning:
you are not going to work your whole life. When old age symptoms start to kick in or you have reached the mandatory retirement age, you will need to retire. Hence, having a retirement plan regardless of your age is essential.
Estate planning:
having an estate plan or a will shall ensure that your wishes for the future are carried out. In addition, an estate plan or a will can provide financial security for your family, ensure your property is preserved and passed on to your beneficiaries, and avoid dispute among family members.
Finally, a solid financial plan should be more than just buying an insurance plan or having some unit trusts and should cover the four key building blocks of wealth i.e. wealth accumulation, wealth management, wealth protection and wealth distribution.
Are you thinking of losing some kilo's? What are your weight loss program? Do you starving everyday cause of "crazy DIET"? Many people always make a decision; "STOP EATING MUCH, EAT ONCE PER DAY, SO I WILL SLIM..." This is a totally wrong... Why? Here some causes of IMPROPER DIET:-
1. A crazy DIET is not a permanent weight loss solution.
2. An improper DIET may cause backfire and actually cause weight gain!
3. A starving DIET may not only be disappointing but may cause loss of self-esteem.
4. An unhealthy DIET may cause health problems.
5. A wrong DIET program may, in extreme cases, cause DEATH.
6. There is a better weight loss program that better than all the above DIET.
What I mean in statements above? Continue reading…
A diet is not a permanent weight loss solution: Simply cutting back on calories may work for small losses of weight in some people over a short time period. However, diets are hard to stay on for many reasons. You get tired of eating the same food. You cannot stay on your diet when traveling, dining out, or when your schedule does not allow you the time to prepare meals. Special foods are required, or you must take the time to select foods from charts, one from column A, two from column B and so on. For this to work, you will have to stay on this diet for the rest of your life. Not only that, a diet simply denies your body some food. It does not cause your body to change the way it functions (except in a negative fashion talked about below), nor does it burn fat.
A diet may backfire and actually cause weight gain: When you first begin a diet, you may notice some weight loss as your body is denied the calories it is accustomed to. After a very short while, however, your will adjust to the new level of calories and your weight loss will stop. To lose more weight this way, the next logical step is to cut calories even more. By this point, in addition to you starting to get sick and tired of this nonsense, once calories drop below a certain level, your body will slow down the rate at which it metabolizes the calories you take in. Eventually, your body will learn to subsist on fewer calories, and weight loss will cease. If you fall off the diet wagon after your body has learned to get by on fewer calories you will be consuming more extra calories than before you started the diet, and you will gain weight. If you wanted to burn fat, this is not the way to go.
A diet may not only be disappointing but may cause loss of self esteem and motivation: As you may know from personal experience, it is hard to stay on a diet. As you can see from the discussion above, it is unrealistic to expect yourself to stay on a diet forever. Sooner or later, you are going to fall off the wagon. Not only will you probably blame yourself for your "failure", but it will be one more on a list of failed weight loss plans, and you will begin to lose respect for yourself and will begin to believe that others have lost respect as well.
A diet may cause health problems: Any time you restrict the amount or variety of the foods you eat, you are reducing access to the nutrients your body needs for good health. Your diet may take you to the point that you are not getting the proper amount of vitamins, minerals, protein, carbohydrates, and even the fat that you need to stay healthy.
A diet may, in extreme cases, cause death: Simply put, if you take your diet to the extremes, you may cause extreme health problems and damage internal systems and organs to the point of death.
There is a weight loss program that works and is better than a diet: It has long been known that sensible eating habits together with regular physical activity, i.e. exercise, is the most effective means of weight loss. If you don't believe me, pick up almost any bottle of diet pills, or enroll in any diet program, and you will probably see a disclaimer to the effect that "...this product, when used in conjunction with proper exercise and nutrition will..." enhance weight loss, cause weight loss, encourage weight loss. You see, all the people who manufacture these articles know that exercise and nutrition are the keys to healthy weight loss.
Instead of a diet, learn how to eat properly, exercise properly, and you will be able to burn fat from your body.
Here are the secret of “Elite Foods” that can make your health to the max!
1. Beans Beans, beans, they're good for your heart. The more you eat, the more you'll... LIVE! It's not just talk. Beans are good for the heart... and a bunch of other things, too. There's evidence that they prevent cancer, level your blood sugar and give you a sense of being full, which keeps you from overeating.
2. Blueberries These little gems have been neglected for many years in favor of other more "popular" fruit. But now that we know more about antioxidants and how they reverse degenerative diseases, this flavored-rich food will have you aging gracefully.
3. Broccoli Mom told you to eat your broccoli. And this time, her advice was right. It's also super effective in fighting cancer.
4. Oats In 1997, the FDA started to allow the labeling of oatmeal, oat bran and oat flour products as being connected to a reduced risk for coronary heart disease. Among its other benefits is the ability to help control your blood sugar levels.
5. Oranges They may not be very exciting or exotic, but this old standby sure lives up to its reputation as a healthy favorite. Yet, even with its supposed popularity, Americans still are lacking in vitamin C. Because it is rapidly excreted from your body, constant replenishment is a must.
There's nothing wrong with a glass of OJ. But eating the orange is even better because its pulp has 10 times the vitamin C dosage found in the juice.
6. Pumpkin It's not just for the holidays anymore. High in fiber and low in calories, pumpkin has some of the highest levels of carotenoids, which function as antioxidants and help beat the effects of aging.
7. Salmon Fish of all kinds are fantastic. And you should try to get some two to four times a week. After going through a long period of fat phobia, we've now come to realize that not all fats are created equal. Some are not only good for you, but they are also an essential ingredient in a healthy diet. Salmon is one of the richest sources of omega-3 fatty acids, which can protect against a multitude of diseases.
8. Soy The new kid on the block, relatively speaking, soy has long been a secret of the Far East. It's the total package, rich with vitamins, minerals, plant-based omega-3s and disease-fighting phytonutrients. Is tofu just not for you? Well, there are many other ways to incorporate soy into your diet.
Soy milk is a rich and creamy alternative to dairy.
Try a soy protein shake.
Eat soy nuts as snacks.
Some breakfast cereals contain soy-enriched ingredients.
9. Spinach We learned as children that this leafy green wonder gave Popeye his "mus-cools." But it carries much more than iron. Just a few of the many added benefits include beta carotene, vitamins B, C and E, calcium and magnesium.
10. Tea (green or black) It's relaxing, has no calories and comes with health benefits. Tea is an anti-allergy, anti-inflammatory superfood that has been linked to heart health, cancer and stroke prevention, and lowered blood pressure. All of this in a cheap, no-calorie treat -- you can't beat that!
11. Tomatoes If you don't have a major aversion to them, tomatoes are yet another superfood. Even though tomato season is short, you can get some of the same veggie benefits from ketchup and tomato sauce. Aside from all the vitamins, tomatoes are disease fighters. Like some of the other superfoods, they help fight cancer and heart ailments.
12. Turkey Stick to the skinless breast and you have a winner of a meal. One of the best low-fat protein sources you can eat. Need we say more?
13. Walnuts Although nuts can be high in calories, don't let that discourage you from one of the most nutritious snacks around. Walnuts head the list because they are one of the few rich sources of plant-derived omega-3 fatty acids. Besides the fiber and protein, the plant sterols contained in walnuts help with cholesterol levels.
14. Yogurt This is a great snack for work. It has calcium and other nutrients. But what makes yogurt a superfood is the presence of prebiotics and probiotics -- living organisms that promote gastrointestinal health. Oh, and yogurt tastes good, too!
BANGI: Malaysians should choose carefully the American and Israeli products they want to boycott as some products are partly owned by Muslims or locals, said Selangor Mentri Besar Tan Sri Abdul Khalid Ibrahim.
“Some brands are not totally owned by Israeli or American groups. Their shares are owned even by Muslim countries, including bumiputras in Malaysia.
“It is better to focus on a few products like weaponry. There should be a ban on Muslims buying weapons directly from these countries or even through a third party,” he told reporters after attending the 100th year memorial of Indonesian politician Mohammad Natsir at the Kolej Universiti Islam Selangor yesterday.
Khalid, who is PKR secretary-general, was responding to calls from several Muslim groups and leaders that consumers boycott products from the United States and Israel to protest against the attack on Gaza.
He said a better move would be to refrain from investing in or using banks affiliated to Israeli or American interests.
He said all Pakatan Rakyat MPs would attend the special Parliament session tomorrow to discuss the Gaza issue.
In Ipoh, Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Mohammad Nizar Jamaluddin urged the people to find alternatives to American-made goods.
“We are asking Perakians to find other alternatives. It would be cheaper and better,” he said after a solidarity gathering for the Palestinians at Stadium Indera Mulia on Friday. -The Star
So can you give the answers or what your opinion to his statement? Boycott certain products...?
Yeah.. I also can't argued with this... almost 99% product, services, etc.. are originally from them (U.S and Israel)... And our Muslims Businessman and Non-Muslims take advantage years back, be a stake holder or share holder with their (U.S and Israel) company...
So... for now... we MUST boycott as much as we can... Slowly stop use their product, eat, and etc... Like Coca-cola, McD, KFC, SHELL, Exon-Mobile, Colgate, and much more!! At least with this little helps, we can reduce their (U.S and Israel) income/profit which has been used as "scholar" to attack Muslims, not only in Gaza and Palestine.... MAYBE WE WILL BE NEXT !!!! Who knows?? Wallahu'alam....
Malaysia: More women are being raped and molested after seeking the services of bomoh and fortune-tellers to cast away evil spirits and even restore their virginity.
In one of the latest cases in Parit Jawa here last month, the parents of a 15-year-old student watched as a bomoh molested the girl during a ritual at their house. The girl had complained of headaches and dizzy spells.
The earlier victims, in their teens and early 20s, told police that the bomoh go by various nicknames such as Ustaz Zul, Bomoh Megat, Bomoh Mad Khan and Ustaz Haji Mansur.
They said some of the bomoh even engage female assistants to convince their victims that they were doing the right thing.
It is learnt that an ustaz recently raped a university lecturer from Negri Sembilan who wanted to to get rid of “evil voices”.
The same man also molested a 21-year-old clerk from Selangor who wanted to restore her virginity after breaking up with her boyfriend recently.
The woman claimed that she was put under a spell from a drink given by the ustaz.
She was forced to perform lewd acts with a female assistant of the ustaz, who then raped her several times.
It is learnt that the sexual acts were videotaped.
Police have received many reports of cases in Muar, Kota Tinggi and Kluang.
Muar OCPD Asst Comm Mohamed Nasir Ramli confirmed that police had arrested several people connected to the cases and urged the victims to lodge reports.
Police can also be contacted at the hotline number 07-221-2999.
KUALA LUMPUR: The Herald Catholic weekly will be allowed to resume publishing its Bahasa Malaysia edition, a Home Ministry official said yesterday.
However, it should not use the word "Allah", the official, Che Din Yusoh, told The Associated Press.
The government had renewed the Herald's publishing permit last week but barred it from publishing its Bahasa Malaysia edition.
Herald editor Fr Lawrence Andrew confirmed they had received a letter from the government yesterday about the decision.
He said they would continue to use the word "Allah" until the court determined otherwise.
"If the court decides we cannot use (the word), we will stop. Until then, no one can say anything about it as it would be sub judice."
Lawrence said, however, they were grateful the government had allowed the publication of the Bahasa Malaysia edition. "We welcome this... giving us back the right to use our national language."
.....What the heck are they think about our God and Islam !?.....
Dear Muslims, Please take serius about this report! They (kafir) try to manipulated our religion!

A taxi driver admitted to driving his vehicle while wearing jeans, an offence under Rule 15 (b) of the Rules of the Public Service Vehicles (Licensing and Conduct of Drivers, Conductors and Passengers).
At a magistrates court here on Wednesday, Kamarulzaman Ismail, 31, from Kuantan, bowed his head and pleaded guilty to committing the offence while driving a taxi at 6.30pm on Aug 7, 2007.
An inspection by a Road Transport Department officer caught him out.
The offence is punishable under Section 119 (2) of the Road Transport Act 1987 which provides a maximum fine of RM2,000 or a jail term of up to six months upon conviction.
Upon hearing the charge, magistrate Abdullah Siddiq Mohd Nasir asked the accused if he knew that the way he was attired that day was actually an offence.
To this, Kamarulzaman, who was clad in black jeans and a white T-shirt, just nodded and smiled.
Pleading for leniency, Kamarulzaman asked the court to consider that it was a minor offence.
Abdullah Siddiq fined him RM70 or a day’s jail in default of the payment.
Upon hearing his sentence, the accused nodded and sat in dock briefly before he paid his fine and left the courtroom.
Speaking to reporters later, prosecuting officer Azlindayanty Mohd Termizi from the Road Transport Department said it was compulsory for drivers to be attired in black pants and white shirts while driving their taxis.
“They have to adhere to their dress code. They also cannot wear slippers. This is stressed upon them when they are granted the Public Service Vehicle licence,” she added.
A watch is considered Swiss, according to the Swiss law if:
its movement is Swiss and,
its movement is cased up in Switzerland and;
the manufacturer carries out the final inspection in Switzerland
Swiss watch movement
A watch movement is considered Swiss if:
the movement has been assembled in Switzerland and,
the movement has been inspected by the manufacturer in Switzerland and;
the components of Swiss manufacture account for at least 50 percent of the total value, without taking into account the cost of assembly.
If a watch movement is intended for export and will not be cased-up in Switzerland, but it otherwise meets the criteria to be considered a Swiss movement, the watch may say "Swiss Movement" but it may not say Swiss Made on the watch case or dial.
A Minimum Standard
When reading the standard for the use of the name Swiss made on a watch, the reader must bear in mind that the law does not so much define Swiss made as it pertains to wrist watches, but rather it sets a minimum standard of what is required for a watch to be considered Swiss made. Often the Swissness of a watch is largely dependent on the brand and its reputation and for this reason, among others, the watch industry is stratified over the definition of Swiss made. The Swiss Federal Council modified the ordinance regulating the use of the "Swiss" name for watches in 1995.
A 1995 Amendment to the law
The Swiss federal Council modified the ordinance regulating the use of the "Swiss" name for watches in May 1995. The was said to bring the requirements of Swiss watchmaking industry a rubric like those of the European Union. In essence, the revision made it possible to affix indications of "Swiss made" on foreign watchcases and dials intended to equip Swiss watches. A watch is considered Swiss whose movement is Swiss, whose movement is encased in Switzerland and whose final control by the manufacturer takes place in Switzerland. Conversely, the Swiss manufacturers of parts destin for foreign watches from then on were authorized to visibly indicate that their products come from Switzerland. These innovations were intended to improve the transparency as regards the source of products. Consumers were expected to clearly recognize from what countries the various constituent parts of the watches came. However, the revisions were not intended to reduce the protection the name "Swiss made". Indeed, the high requirements which are imposed with a Swiss watch were said to remain unchanged.
Let's unite and fight them with the world most powerful "weapon" that we have -- The Customer Power --
Do whatever we can, BOYCOTT all their products and PRAY for peace in Palestine, don't let the zionis and jews laknatullah killing our brother and sister, childrens, and attack Masjidil Al-Aqsa in Palestine the one of Holy Place of Islam after Makkah.
Let's DONATE whatever we can. As little as make one Dhua (DOA) to ALLAH S.W.T to save Palestine and our fellows there.
May ALLAH give HIS bless to Palestine and PUNISH all the Israelian and Jews!!!

Then if both together mixed, it will boost a bio-chemical reaction which can damage our stomach.
Because they are high in nitrates, the Cancer Prevention Coalition advises that children eat no more than 12 hotdogs a month. If you can't live without hot dogs, buy those made without sodium nitrate.
2. Processed meats and bacon
Also high in the same sodium nitrates found in hot dogs, bacon, and other processed meats raise the risk of heart disease. The saturated fat in bacon also contributes to cancer.
3.Doughnuts
Doughnuts are cancer-causing double trouble. First, they are made with white flour, sugar, and hydrogenated oils, then fried at high temperatures. Doughnuts, says Adams , may be the worst food you can possibly eat to raise your risk of cancer.
4. French fries
Like doughnuts, French fries are made with hydrogenated oils and then fried at high temperatures. They also contain cancer- causing acryl amides which occur during the frying process. They should be called cancer fries, not French fries.
5. Chips, crackers, and cookies
All are usually made with white flour and sugar. Even the ones whose labels claim to be free of trans-fats generally contain small amounts of trans-fats.
"" What are your occupation? How much your salary? ""
"" You are a student? How much your pocket money? ""
Ask few thing to yourself....
1. What I want to buy this month?
2. When should I buy that?
3. Why should buy that?
4. Which one is better, A or B?
5. How about tomorrow?
In the other way, if you keep asking yourself again and again, automatically the 100% of the desire will reduce to 50% after reach the 4th question. Then, finally you will decide not to spend money for that things. So, you can have a saving for that month!
Previously I wrote about what women want... And now, let see what MEN want in women.. (^_^)
Confidence: You don’t have to be the most beautiful in town to be confident. All that is needed is the belief that you are worth his efforts. Don’t make the mistake of praising yourself in front of him. It would be more interesting for him to discover the qualities in you by himself. And he would appreciate them more when he finds them without you informing him. And the more he
discovers the more would he want you to share them with him.
Trust: This is something that men rate very high when you ask what men wantfrom women. They don’t like their woman to be suspicious about them all the time. They would rather have a woman who would believe in their words. A man would be very happy with a woman who trusts her man and doesn’t think he cheats on her. A nagging woman or one that is always asking questions about his activities and friends would put the man off.
Kindness: This is important for men but beware. Do not fake it. If you act being kind just to impress the man you should know that the truth would come out sooner or later. It is very good to be kind to the man but even better if you appreciate and compliment the waiters in the restaurant or thank the cab driver when you are with him. But it should be genuine. The best you can do is to make it a habit this will not only get you good response from your man but also from every one around you. Kindness is not only what men want from women but what everyone wants from everyone.
Commitment:If you find the man to be the one for you it is better to not express your desire to be committed immediately. Give him time to be sure about his feelings. If you jump the gun it would only scare him away. Always try and not think too far ahead in terms of commitment. Considering what do men want from women in terms of commitment is basically time to make a decision. It usually is not about whether to get committed to you but when to get committed to you. Men take a little more time than women when deciding about commitment.
Actually I want to focus more to men... (Don't argue with it, hahaha!)
Most men would have surfed pornographic sites at some point of their lives, but it only becomes a problem when they become addicted to it.
Addiction is defined as spending an excessive amount of time on pornography, impacting your work, home and personel life.
Self-censorship is necessary, as there are no Malaysian laws that regulates the use of the internet to visit illicit sites. However, public complaints about locally-generated sleazy sites to the Malaysian Communication and Malaysian Corporation will lead to the investigation and shutting down of those sites.
Still, help is at hand. One can either undergo group or individual therapy with a phsycologist or a motivator. One good way is to get out more often and socialise more with other. Fill your time with other wholesome and enjoyable activities.
Don't let this "disease" ruin your life. It can be cure. Good Luck~ (^_^)
Yeah, while surfing in Yaho0.c0m about fitness body, fortunately I found a good article that should be shared to you~

That table is for normal activities that everybody do during "boring" hour......... (^_^)
So now, take a look the table below....
Use these charts as references so that you can get moving this season and burn off those extra goodies here and there that you want to enjoy along the way.

"They wishes men would fight off their masculine stoicism every once in a while and show some heat. Men don't realize that being so rational all the time only makes them feel cold!"
2. Go for realism
"There's this ideal woman that men think up in their heads. They always want a real relationship. Good, bad, in between. It's all beautiful."
3. Notice and appreciate
"Men always forget about small gestures! Most women really unsatisfied with this attitude. So notice, and appreciate them."
4. Don't miss-judge
"Think wisely before want to make any judgement to them. It will become very worst if men miss-judge them."
5. Be straight with her
"When someone comes up to you and starts to make conversation but pretending it's not a big deal, like he didn't really come over just to talk to you, that's creepy. It's okay to go up and say, 'Hi, I don't know you, but I'd like to introduce myself'. That's clarity, and clarity is good."
6. Be her warrior
"Men can be a fighter in any area they choose in life. It's always inspiring to see someone passionate about something, and it's very attractive in a personality to see somebody focus on what's most important to him."
Year 2008 has passed.... What is your weight now? Are we getting BIG.... or FIT...?
Summer is coming soon... Let's put a target for this coming summer! And we can enjoy a summer vacation without a belly fats~
Last year, I have achieve my target to reduce weight... I lose totally 20 KG++... I started my own fitness program + taken some dietry supplement, on August '08 with a weight of 110 KGs!! Now my body weight is 87 KG!! Hahahaha!
But I still have a long way to go to get a really FIT body.. So let's us do together in our own time starting from today, until the coming summer!!
AIM:decrease body fat % to lower than average, while gaining small to large amounts of lean muscle.
Exercise:predominately weights based but including some cardiovascular (aerobics) exercise.
Nutrition -Higher protein, low fat (unsaturated) diet. The protein is essential for muscle growth.
REMEMBER -Healthy fats (unsaturated) are essential for health! Restricting your intake of good fats (also vitamins & minerals) by too much can lead to very serious health issues. Eat healthy and cut out the right fats, not fat altogether.
