[.] Morning Exercise - Lose Weight [.]

Here the 5 exercises that can make you lose weight in healthy way!

After wake up, make sure u wake early, than have a normal bathing, please... no warm/hot water! This will help your body shaking and your heart bit a little fast because it want make your body warm... So, your body now start to burn calories~!

Then, follow these exercise, do a circuit.

1. Body Squat (do 30 reps)
-- Make sure your knee does not over your toe.



2. Lunges (do 15 reps)
-- Go down for left and right for 1 rep.. Do 15 reps..



3. Pushups (do 10-15 reps)
-- If you can't beat this "guy".... You're worse... hahahaha!



4. Diamond pushups (do 10-15 reps)
-- Same as normal pushup... If you can't  hold body by your toe, use your knee...



5. Plank (do 15 seconds)
-- Look easy right? Yeah... Just follow like that... Hold for 15 sec.... 


6. Ab-crunch (do 15 reps)
-- No need to push your whole body up... Just a bit.. And make sure you can feel the "crunch" at your stomach...



Repeats all this 6 exercise for 3 times. This is mean a circuit. 

But if you does not have much time, just do it once.
