However, it should not use the word "Allah", the official, Che Din Yusoh, told The Associated Press.
The government had renewed the Herald's publishing permit last week but barred it from publishing its Bahasa Malaysia edition.
Herald editor Fr Lawrence Andrew confirmed they had received a letter from the government yesterday about the decision.
He said they would continue to use the word "Allah" until the court determined otherwise.
"If the court decides we cannot use (the word), we will stop. Until then, no one can say anything about it as it would be sub judice."
Lawrence said, however, they were grateful the government had allowed the publication of the Bahasa Malaysia edition. "We welcome this... giving us back the right to use our national language."
.....What the heck are they think about our God and Islam !?.....
Dear Muslims, Please take serius about this report! They (kafir) try to manipulated our religion!
