I have some thing want to share with you guys.
Actually, out of our control, don't simply mixed up everything in our meals. That's why people easily get heart attack, high blood pressure, food poisoning, alzheimer, and other disease. Please tell your friends about this.
For Muslims, this is also our Prophet SAW diets routine. From Ustaz Abdullah Mahmood said, Muhammad SAW never had a stomachache in his life because of he manage to control his daily meals. Hope we will get the maximum health by follow this kind of diets. InsyaAllah.
Don't take MILK + MEAT
Don't take MEAT + FISH
Don't take FISH + MILK
Don't take CHICKEN + MILK
Don't take FISH + EGGS
Don't take FISH + SALAD
Don't take FRUITS + MILK (e.g: Cocktail)
Don't eat fruits AFTER having a LUNCH or DINNER. Take it before meals.
Don't ever missed DINNER. Whoever missed the dinner, the cholestrol will gain twice.
In Al-Quran (Muslims), also tell us not to mixed up Sea food with Land food. Our Prophet SAW has warning us from taking fish with milk. Worry will get sick soon. This fact also proved by scientist which has found in chicken got positive ions, and fish got negative ions. Then if both together mixed, it will boost a bio-chemical reaction which can damage our stomach.
